Ways to Save on Your Winter Heating Bill

Brrrrrr! What happened to our mild winter? Last night it got into the teens here in North Carolina. This morning it was 20 degrees. Our high today is 38.
I don’t like it when it’s so cold outside. I normally don’t wear a coat when I’m out and about doing errands, but today a coat was a must.
