1.  Beauty treatment.  Water will flush the impurities out of your skin, leaving you with a glowing complexion.

 2.  Weight loss. Water helps to increase metabolism.  If you replace soda and fruit juices with water, you’ll be avoiding a lot of calories.

 3.  Improve muscle tone.  Muscles that have all the water they need contract more easily, making your workout more effective. 

 4.  Decrease your appetite.  People that aren’t properly hydrated will feel hungry quicker.  If you’re feeling hungry, try drinking some water first to see if your body was just thirsty.

 5.  Keep your body working properly.  Your body needs water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to all your organs. Water also transports oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects your joints and organs.

 6.  Stay hydrated.  Symptoms of mild dehydration include chronic pains in joints and muscles, lower back pain, headaches and constipation.

 7.  Increase energy and stay alert.  Mild dehydration causes fatigue.  Drinking water will help to think more clearly.

 8.  Reduce your risk of cancer.  Water flushes the body of toxins and waste.  Water has been shown to reduce the risk of colon cancer.

 9.  Avoid headaches.  Dehydration is a common cause of headaches.

10.  Keep your heart healthy.  Drinking water could lower your risk of heart attack.
